Guest users of Forerunner public websites can now conveniently request information on BFE (Base Flood Elevation) and DFE (Design Flood Elevation) values via Public Property Profiles. In cases where properties don't have BFE or DFE values, guest users have the option to Request info, generating a Get Help request to the internal team. This streamlined process enables internal Forerunner users to promptly receive and provide information while seamlessly tracking these requests and interactions within the Forerunner logs feature.
